Eden Green Technology is a cutting-edge greenhouse facility committed to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence in food production. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our logistics and warehouse operations.

Position Summary

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of incoming and outgoing shipments. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in inventory management, and a proactive approach to ensuring timely, efficient, and safe handling of goods. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience and a commitment to supporting multiple departments when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips or invoices.

• Accurately record all receipts in the inventory management system.

• Prepare, pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to customer specifications and shipping requirements.

• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers to ensure timely and accurate transit.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, shipping/receiving areas, and storage locations.

• Conduct routine inventory counts and assist in resolving any inventory discrepancies.

• Support general warehouse duties such as shelving, restocking, and fulfilling internal and external orders.

• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous warehouse experience, preferably in shipping and receiving.

• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer proficiency.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift and move heavy items; capable of standing, bending, and stooping for extended periods.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Forklift certification is a plus (not required).
