Job Description:

Eden Green Technologies. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk with warehouse experience to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will manage incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure timely delivery of goods to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips or invoices, and accurately record receipts in the inventory management system.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to shipping instructions and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely transit of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including shelving, storage areas, and shipping/receiving docks.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and fulfilling orders.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

• Prior experience working in a warehouse setting, preferably in shipping and receiving roles.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording inventory transactions.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
